In view of the various types of safety accidents occurred in the company in the past, the majority of hoisting accidents occurred, accounting for about 35%, in order to improve the safety awareness and skills of driving operators, and effectively prevent the occurrence of lifting machinery accidents, the safety Committee held a driving practical operation skills training. With the support and cooperation of the manufacturing department and other departments, this training was carried out smoothly in the N span of Workshop 5. The training object is all the personnel engaged in driving operation of the company. Through the combination of theoretical training and practical training, all traffic operation colleagues have been significantly improved in terms of traffic operation skills, and achieved good results.
In the theoretical training part, Zhang Youde of the Anhuan Group introduced in detail the operation methods such as safety check before driving operation, hand position and safety station position, emergency treatment under special circumstances, safety precautions and so on. Through case analysis and interactive discussion, the colleagues who participated in the training had a deep understanding of the key points and risks of driving operation, and further deepened their understanding of driving safety operation.
In the practical training part, the Safety Committee and the manufacturing department appointed two masters with rich experience in driving training, Shi Yong (structure two shares) and Wang Hui (structure one share), as the teachers of the practical training. In order to better apply what they have learned, the personnel engaged in driving operation of each unit went to the workshop for on-site practical operation training in batches every day. Under the guidance of two teachers, they operated the car one by one, carried out the practice of holding the hook when the car was shaking and the operation of lifting the bucket over the railing obstacle. The training teachers provided guidance and correction on the scene to ensure that each colleague could master the correct operation methods and skills. Through the actual operation, the colleagues more intuitively feel the characteristics and difficulties of the driving operation, enhance the confidence and proficiency of the operation.
Through this training, all the driving operation colleagues have a more comprehensive understanding of the driving operation, and the operating skills have been significantly improved. They not only mastered the basic operation of driving, but also learned how to deal with emergencies and safety accidents, and improved safety awareness and response ability. At present, a total of 230 people participated in this training, 175 qualified, 55 unqualified, the pass rate is 76%, the later safety committee will also combine the theoretical knowledge exam results, for the practical operation + theory through the assessment of colleagues, issued the corresponding lifting machinery operation qualification badge, posted on the helmet, to prove that they have the skills and qualifications of lifting machinery operation. The unqualified employees will continue to carry out training until they are qualified to take up their posts.
In addition, the training also promotes communication and cooperation between the teams. Colleagues learn from each other and help each other in the training, forming a good learning atmosphere and enhancing the cohesion of the team.
